View client satisfaction data for training delivered in 2011.

Data for learner engagement and employer satisfaction is gathered by surveys offered to HRD's learner and employer clients.

Some 109 learners belong in the 2011 cohort and there are 6 main employers. Surveys were offered to around 50 learners and 4 employers. The indicators are based on responses received from 37 learners and 2 employers. This response sample represents approximately 40% of learners involved in HRD's training delivery in 2011.

The learners and employers were selected at random by HRD in accordance with national guidelines.

The auditor also requested that a Class 9B certificate be obtained for the VicTrack Rail Skills Centre Victoria (RSCV) premises. Information on progress towards meeting this requirement is soon to be posted on the RSCV website.
